Internet World 2009: Come on Down and See Us
Internet World 2009 kicks off at London’s Earls Court tomorrow. It runs through to Thursday, and we’ll be making our debut appearance as part of the ‘Future of Social Media’ pavilion, opposite the ViP lounge (Stand E8062D).
Generally we’ll be talking about what the hell all this new-fangled Online PR and Social Media stuff can do for your bottom line… and how we’re helping folks like IBM to do great things. But, more than anything else, we’d love to hear what you’re doing with it. Much has been said lately about best to tackle it… So I’m really keen to know how brands are building new systems and processes to exploit the Online domain.
I’ll also be taking part in a panel discussion on Wednesday, entitled “Buzz Monitoring – How to Ensure you know what people are saying about your brand in social media, and what you can do to influence the conversation.” This one starts at midday, and I’ll be joined by a bunch of great people, including Tom Nixon of NixonMcinnes, Simon McDermott of Attentio, and Mark Watts-Jones, Head of Innovation at Orange. Should be fun and learning, in equal measure.
Andy Keetch, my six foot five side kick and ace C&M consultant will be with me for the duration of the show. Do stop by if you’re visiting… the coffee’s on us.

His job is to talk to all of our clients – preferably at a distance of three paces, and to get the Martinis in whenever they’re needed. Oh, and to always have a glowing report to hand.
