The role will report direct to the MD, and responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with our landlord and other important service organisations

• Managing building maintenance, alarm systems, waste disposal, recycling and office cleaning

• Driving a hard bargain with all office suppliers and handling all office services and supplies procurement

• Keeping a lid on the company Amex (whilst allowing enough flexibility for 5pm G&Ts on Fridays)

• Maintenance and communication of all internal systems, policies and documentation

• Support to MD for running agency HR program

• Event management for all internal and client bashes

• ‘Front of house’ services management – meetings, post, phones, etc

• Support for basic IT services

• Management of Health and Safety and environmental processes and policy

• PA assistance to the MD

• Maintenance of internal office/staff performance reports

• Maintaining office harmony via procurement of key strategic goods such as cakes, flowers, chocolate and fine teas

A PR professional with at least one year’s experience of working in a press office or Online PR agency environment, you’ll be Social Media savvy with excellent writing, communication and creative skills.

As part of a small team, your responsibilities would include devising and seeding Web content – from Facebook Pages to Social Media bulletins and blog posts, building relationships with bloggers and other Online influencers and coming up with creative campaign ideas for brands from Hackett to Rightmove.

You’d need to be comfortable working with a wide range of clients in different industries and ready to embrace the ever-changing demands of a small Online PR agency.

It would help to have a basic understanding of SEO, web development, Google Analytics and the like – but if you are brilliant at everything else, we can help you get to grips with this side of things.

This is a full time postition, but we’re also looking to talk to freelance PR people and Web writers on an ongoing basis, so if you think you’d like to work with us, get in touch.
